I work in marketing and community relations at one of the largest employers in Pittsburgh, Pa. We needed a special type of banner for an event in a relatively short time frame. While we always try to use approved vendors through our supply chain, it turned out that none of our vendors had the capability to produce the specialized type of banner we needed, and certainly not within the time frame we needed it.
